LYNC (Lutheran Youth of NC) - youth groups available for each of Preschool, Elementary, Middle School and High School ages. Groups meet regularly for faith formation activities, service projects and social activities.
THE CHILD IN OUR HANDS - program celebrates faith milestones in each child's life from baptism through high school graduation.
PRESCHOOL - Open to the community with morning classes for toddlers and preschoolers. You may contact the Preschool directly at claird@livingsaviourlc.org or 704-542-9110.
SUNDAY SCHOOL (YOUTH & ADULT) - variety of programs throughout the year held between Sunday worship services.
BIBLE READERS CLASS (GRADE 4) - 4-week class held in the fall of each year teaching the basics of Bible study.
FIRST COMMUNION CLASS (GRADE 5) - 4-week class held in the fall each year in preparation for first Communion.
ACOLYTE TRAINING (GRADE 6) - 4-week training held in the fall each year for the youth and parent.
CONFIRMATION CLASS (GRADES 7 & 8) - held weekly during the school year in preparation for confirmation.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (PRESCHOOL TO GRADE 6) - one week camp held each summer.
SERVANT CAMP (GRADE 6 TO 12 & ADULT) - 5-day evening camp held each summer devoted to a community service project.
CAMP VIVACE (GRADE 2 TO 6 & YOUTH COUNSELORS) - 5-day art, music and drama camp held each summer culminating in a stage production on Friday evening.
MISSION TRIPS & SERVICE PROJECTS - both locally and elsewhere.
YOUTH RETREATS & CAMPFIRMATION - opportunities to experience Lutheridge / Lutherock and other Christian camps.
SCOUTING - Living Saviour hosts Boy Scout, Cub Scout, Brownie and Girl Scout troops.
YOUTH-LED WORSHIP SERVICES - Sunday morning service led entirely by youth on an annual basis and quarterly evening worship services conducted by youth, incorporating contemporary Christian music and themes.
YOUTH SERVICE PROJECTS - include mission trips, Crop Walk, Operation Christmas Child, and preparing cards and gift baskets for college students, hospitalized children and senior citizens.
